Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Dealegator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Dealegator is a platform that connects Dealmakers — real estate agents with listed properties — with Gators, licensed real estate agents who perform property tours. Dealegator is not a real estate brokerage and is not a party to any lease, sale or other transaction between users or their clients.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Gators must hold an active Florida real estate license; licenses and related documents are reviewed by our team before a Gator can take tours.

Tasks, tours and compensation

Dealmakers create Tasks that define how Gators are compensated: a fixed amount per tour (Standard Showing) or a percentage of the signed deal (Commission). Standard Showing Tasks are prepaid, plus a 20% service fee; unused tours are credited back to the Dealmaker's platform balance when the Task closes. Commission Tasks require an activation fee and are renewed manually.

Payments and payouts

Payments are processed by Stripe; Dealegator never stores card numbers. Gator compensation accrues to a platform balance and is paid out via Zelle. Refunds are handled by the Dealegator team on a case-by-case basis in line with our policies.

User conduct

You agree to provide accurate property and access information, show up to accepted tours on time, and treat other users professionally. Dealegator may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform.

No exclusivity

Dealegator does not grant exclusivity over leads or transactions and does not intervene in dealings that occur outside the platform.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealegator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to Dealegator in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
