Privacy Policy

Dealegator ("Dealegator", "we", "us") operates a platform that connects real estate agents who manage listed properties ("Dealmakers") with licensed agents who show them ("Gators") across South Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Account and profile information. Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, real estate license details and, for Gators, vehicle and insurance information used to identify you at a tour.

Property and tour information. Property details, availability, tour schedules, access instructions, and the feedback submitted after each tour.

Lead information. When a lead books a tour through one of our links, we collect the name, email address and phone number they provide, solely to coordinate that tour.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers; we only keep a payment token and transaction records. Gator payouts are sent via Zelle to the email address the Gator provides.

Usage information. Standard technical data such as device type, IP address and app activity, used to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to operate the platform: matching tours with available Gators, coordinating schedules, sending notifications, processing payments and payouts, verifying licenses, preventing fraud and improving the service.

We share information only as needed to run the service: with the other party of a tour (for example, a lead sees the assigned Gator's name, photo, license and vehicle; a Gator sees the lead's contact details after accepting), and with the service providers that power the platform — Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), OneSignal (push notifications) and SparkPost (email). We do not sell personal information.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

You can update your profile information and notification preferences in the app, and you can request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
