SMS messaging program
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Dealegator, Inc.
Version: 1.0
Effective Date: September 8, 2026 | Last Updated: September 8, 2026
1. The Program
1.1. Dealegator is operated by Dealegator, Inc., the company behind the platform for coordinating real estate property tours. Text messages are sent from (855) 410-3030. These SMS guidelines supplement, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. What We Send
2.1. Every message is transactional and tied to a tour you booked or an account you hold: verification codes, tour booking confirmations, the assignment of the agent who will show the property, tour reminders, and a request for feedback after the tour.
2.2. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this number.
3. Message Frequency and Rates
3.1. Message frequency varies with the activity on your account or your tour. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. The program is supported by the major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, among others; supported carriers may change over time.
4. Who Can Enroll; Your Mobile Number
4.1. The Dealegator SMS program is offered to users in the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of that number and that the number you give us is accurate. If you change or give up your mobile number, please update it in the app or email support@dealegator.com so that we do not send messages to a reassigned number.
5. How To Opt-In
5.1. Consent is collected with a checkbox that is never pre-checked, never bundled into any other agreement, and never required to use Dealegator or to book a tour. Where a screen has a submit moment, consent can also be given through an explicitly labelled button in a prompt that shows the same disclosure in full. There are three places where it is offered. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
5.2. First and Second Locations. Registered users: from the Notifications screen of the app, or during the optional contact-verification step of onboarding. The checkbox reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Dealegator about my tours: verification codes, assignment and confirmation updates, reminders and post-tour follow-ups. Consent is not required to use Dealegator. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
5.2.1. The onboarding step asks the same question once when the person continues without checking the box: one button agrees and sends the verification code, the other continues without SMS. The step never blocks.
5.3. Third Location. People booking a tour: from the public booking form shared by the person managing the property. The checkbox reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Dealegator about this tour: booking confirmation, reminders, agent updates and a post-tour follow-up. Consent is not required to book. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
5.3.1. Leaving the box unchecked still books the tour; those people receive all their communications by email only. If the box is left unchecked, the booking form asks once, before completing the booking, whether the person wants text updates, showing this same disclosure in full. One button agrees and books in the same tap; the other books with no SMS and leaves the box unchecked. Neither choice is required to book.
6. The Booking Form Opt-In
6.1. Below is the opt-in exactly as it appears on the booking form, reproduced here as a sample. It is not a working form and submits nothing: the real one opens from the tour link the property manager shares.
See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
7. How To Opt-Out
7.1. Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting you. You can also turn the SMS channel off in the Dealegator app, or email us at support@dealegator.com and we will do it for you. A request in your own words works too: you do not have to use a keyword.
7.2. Reply HELP for help: you will get our name and how to reach us.
7.3. After a STOP your carrier blocks this number, and that block is outside our control. To start receiving messages again, text START to (855) 410-3030 and then set SMS up again in the app.
8. Consent Is Optional
8.1. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of using Dealegator or of booking a tour. Everything works without it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
9. Your Data
9.1. We do not share or sell phone numbers, opt-in data or consent records to third parties for marketing. We keep records of your opt-in and opt-out requests to document your messaging preferences, as described in our Privacy Policy.
